hope revisited

“Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.”
Emily Dickinson

God taught me an amazing lesson on hope a few years ago.
Each spring He blesses me with another reminder of this hope.
This year it's bigger and better than ever.

You answer us in righteousness,
with awe-inspiring works,
God of our salvation,
the hope of all the ends of the earth
and of the distant seas.
Psalm 65:5

  1. one of my all-time favorite poems. :) My oldest dd is studying poetry right now and I got to share this poem with her- I got such a warm feeling from being able to share words I love with her. <3
