You've Got Mail

Exciting day!  Not only did my moose flannel material come from Hancock Fabrics, but also the Max Lucado book that I won from Dorie @ These Grace Filled Days
I cannot wait to begin working on the blanket for my nephew and start reading the newest book from my favorite author.
Thanks, Dorie!
Never underestimate the happiness that the mailman can bring to your door.

It reminds me of when we lived in New England and I saw a moose on the side of the road on the way to work one morning - I had never seen one before, and had no idea how big they were. Ever since then, seeing a moose in any form reminds me of that moment, and it makes me smile.

My health journey to where I am today began back in 2010. It is amazing that things do not happen accidentally, even if they seem to in the beginning. Actually, as the pieces of my story have come together, this story begins w

anchored

My word for 2018.  Anchored. To keep from drifting. Representative of stability and strength. Connected. Held.  Grounded.  Positioned.  Fixed. Movable. Small, yet, essential part of a bigger entity. It is a standard by which to live; a goal for which to strive. Anchored.
