Icemaggedon

“Winter is on my head, but eternal spring is in my heart.”
~Victor Hugo
Winter returned this week. *sigh*
So, somewhat reluctantly, I interrupt the Key West programming, to bring you an update on the week's crazy winter weather.  Icemaggedon began on Tuesday as a day of rain, followed by another morning of rain/freezing rain.  Eventually, sleet and snow fell atop the 1/2-3/4 inch of ice.  It was mentally fatiguing as Sunday was sunny and 73°.  Even more so than in Indiana, if you do not like Georgia weather, just wait five minutes and we'll be in an entire different season.

My health journey to where I am today began back in 2010. It is amazing that things do not happen accidentally, even if they seem to in the beginning. Actually, as the pieces of my story have come together, this story begins w

anchored

My word for 2018.  Anchored. To keep from drifting. Representative of stability and strength. Connected. Held.  Grounded.  Positioned.  Fixed. Movable. Small, yet, essential part of a bigger entity. It is a standard by which to live; a goal for which to strive. Anchored.
